PROUD TRADITION

On the eve of SU's inevitable loss to Iowa, it should be pointed out that the Orange have a proud gridiron history. Following is a list of the schools with the most players in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Syracuse is (somewhat surprisingly) tied for seventh:

Notre Dame (10) Southern California (10) Michigan (7) Alabama (6) Illinois (6) Ohio State (6) Minnesota (5) Oregon (5) Penn State (5) Southern Methodist (5) Syracuse (5)

Can you name the five (no former Crows have made it...yet)?

It's really like 4.5.

Al Davis attended both SU and Wittenberg.

I think Al woud have fit in well at the Crow House - his sweat suits are very wax-cessible.

Iowa's QB - Drew Tate - will not play due to an abdominal injury.

Sadly, this probably won't make much of a difference since SU can't score.

I didn't have my computer with me all weekend so I didn't update it but are you F-ING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!! Six tries from the 1 or 2-yard line and we could not score a TD. A total disgrace. And the D play such an inspired game.
